Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Quesadillas

  • 2 cups shredded cheese cheddar, Monterey Jack, or blend
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil for cooking

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, then cook in olive oil until fully cooked.
  • Assemble quesadillas with cheese and chicken, folding tortillas over the filling.
  • Cook quesadillas in a skillet until lightly golden and cheese is melted, then slice into wedges.

Notes

Slice into smaller wedges for easy Game Day sharing. Keep warm in a low oven if serving in batches.
