  • 12 bocconcini mozzarella balls

Preparation

  • Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. Drain the mozzarella balls and set them aside.
  • On each skewer, place a cherry tomato, a basil leaf folded in half, and a mozzarella ball. Repeat this process to fill the skewer.
  • Continue threading the ingredients onto the remaining skewers until all are assembled.

Finishing Touches

  • Arrange the skewers on a serving platter. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt for added flavor.
