Ingredients
  

Salad

  • 2 English cucumbers sliced
  • 4 large tomatoes chopped
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves torn

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash and dry the cucumbers and tomatoes. Slice the cucumbers into rounds and chop the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the red onion and tear the basil leaves.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and basil. Toss gently to mix the ingredients well.

Make the Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to ensure all the ingredients are evenly coated.
