Ingredients
  

For the Cod

  • 4 cod fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Parmesan Crust

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden and the fish flakes easily.
