Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Quesadillas

  • 2 cups shredded cheese low-moisture mozzarella or Monterey Jack
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil for crisping

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder, then cook in olive oil until lightly golden and fully cooked.
  • Assemble quesadillas with a light layer of cheese, chicken, and additional cheese to bind.
  • Cook quesadillas slowly in a skillet with butter or oil until deeply golden and crisp on both sides.
