Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 1 1/2 lb chicken cutlets
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Breading

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs whisked with water
  • 1 1/2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  • Season chicken cutlets with salt and black pepper.
  • Prepare flour, egg wash, and breadcrumb mixture.
  • Bread chicken cutlets using flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
  • Spray cutlets lightly with oil and arrange in basket.
  • Cook, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.

Notes

Cook in batches for best crispness. Reheat in the air fryer to restore texture.
