Preparation

  • Stir in cumin, paprika, and chili powder, cooking for another minute to release their flavors.
  • Add the sweet potatoes, lentils, diced tomatoes, and vegetable broth to the pot. Stir to combine.

Cooking

  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until the lentils and sweet potatoes are tender.
