Ingredients
  

Seafood

  • 1 lb cooked shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz lump crab meat

Pasta and Vegetables

  • 12 oz rotini or penne pasta
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped

Dressing

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Ensure all ingredients are prepped and ready. Chop celery and red onion, and have shrimp and crab ready.
  • Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.

Assembly

  • In a large bowl, mix pasta, shrimp, crab, celery, and red onion.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour dressing over pasta mixture. Toss gently to coat evenly.

Serving

  • Refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with additional dill and serve cold.

  • Keep any leftover salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
