Preparation

  • Boil gnocchi in a pot of salted water until they float to the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Serving

  • Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well and let simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Stir in grated parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
