  • 2 cups rotini pasta cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup dill pickles chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Cook the rotini pasta according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and pickle juice. Whisk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the cooked pasta, chopped dill pickles, diced red onion, and fresh dill to the bowl with the dressing. Toss until all ingredients are evenly coated.
