Equipment

  • 1 Baking Sheet greased
  • 1 Mixing Bowl large
  • 1 Saucepan

Ingredients

Turkey Meatballs

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cranberry Glaze

  • 1 cup whole cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and form into 1-inch meatballs.
  • Place the meatballs on a greased baking sheet, ensuring they are evenly spaced for even cooking.
  • In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, orange juice, honey, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  • Pour the cranberry glaze over the meatballs on the baking sheet. Use a brush to ensure each meatball is evenly coated.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.

Serving

  • Transfer the meatballs to a serving platter and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve warm as an appetizer or alongside your favorite side dishes.

Storage

  • Store any leftover meatballs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven before serving.
