Equipment

  • 1 Skillet
  • 1 Baking Sheet
  • 1 Knife for slicing

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 8 slices brie cheese

Seasonings

  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Preparation

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side. Transfer to a preheated oven at 350°F to finish cooking for about 10 minutes.
  • While the chicken cooks, slice the brie cheese into thin pieces and set aside.

Assembling

  • Spread cranberry sauce on the bottom half of each slider bun. Top with a piece of chicken and a slice of brie cheese. Place the top half of the bun over the cheese.
  • Place the sliders on a baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.

Serving

  • Remove sliders from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with your favorite sides or as part of a festive spread.

Storage

  • Store any leftover sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.

Notes

Pro Tips: For extra flavor, consider adding a dash of balsamic vinegar to the cranberry sauce. Toasting the buns can add a delightful crunch.
Ingredient Substitutions: Turkey breast can be used in place of chicken for a different flavor. Use camembert if brie is unavailable.
How to Serve: Serve these sliders warm, ideally right after baking. They pair well with a light salad or roasted vegetables.
Storage & Freshness: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to maintain the texture.
Make-Ahead Tips: Prepare the chicken and slice the cheese ahead of time. Assemble the sliders just before baking for best results.
