Preparation

  • Rinse and drain the canned black beans thoroughly. Set them aside to remove excess moisture.
  • Dice the tomatoes, red onion, and bell peppers into small, uniform pieces. Chop the cilantro finely.

Mix the Salad

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine black beans, corn, tomatoes, onion, and bell peppers. Mix well to integrate all the ingredients.
