Ingredients
  

Graham Cracker Base

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Marshmallow Layer

  • 1 1/2 cups marshmallow cream

Chocolate Topping

  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • salt pinch

Instructions
 

  • Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until evenly combined.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan and refrigerate.
  • Spread marshmallow cream evenly over the chilled base and return to the refrigerator.
  • Heat cream until warm, then pour over chocolate chips and let sit for 2 minutes.
  • Add vanilla and salt, then stir until smooth.
  • Pour chocolate evenly over the marshmallow layer.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
  • Lift from pan and slice into squares.

Notes

For the cleanest slices, keep the dessert well chilled and wipe the knife between cuts.
