Ingredients
  

Fruit

  • 2 medium apples cored and diced
  • 2 cups seedless grapes halved

Light Dressing

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the apples and grapes thoroughly. Core and dice the apples into bite-sized pieces.
  • Halve the grapes and add them to a large mixing bowl with the diced apples.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt if using.
  • Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss until evenly coated.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, then toss gently and serve chilled.

Notes

Use crisp apples like Honeycrisp or Fuji for best texture. Chill uncovered briefly if excess moisture is present, then cover tightly.
