Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional: fresh herbs (such as cilantro or parsley) for garnish

Instructions
 

Cooking Chicken

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Once hot, add the diced chicken and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and thoroughly cooked.

Assembling the Wraps

  • Remove the skillet from the heat and let the chicken cool slightly.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken with ranch dressing, stirring until well coated.
  • Lay a tortilla on a flat surface and begin layering with shredded lettuce, ranch-coated chicken, halved grape tomatoes, and bell pepper slices.
  • Tightly roll the tortilla, folding in the sides as you go and pressing gently to secure the filling inside.
  • Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  • To serve, cut each wrap in half diagonally and arrange on a platter, garnishing with optional fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For added richness, mix in some shredded cheese with the chicken before wrapping. Allow the wraps to sit for a few minutes before cutting to help them hold together better. They are great for meal prep; keep components separate until ready to eat.
