Ingredients
  

Grilled Chicken

Cucumber Salad

  • 1 large cucumber diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Assembly

  • 1 cup hummus

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let them rest before slicing.

Cucumber Salad

  • In a medium bowl, combine diced cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Assembly
