Equipment

  • 1 Baking Sheet lined with parchment paper
  • 1 Mixing Bowl medium
  • 1 Spoon

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cooked spinach drained and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Optional Add-ins

  • A dash of red pepper flakes
  • Chopped fresh herbs such as basil or parsley
  • Sun-dried tomatoes chopped

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cooked spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined to form a creamy filling.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Place a spoonful of the spinach artichoke filling in the center of each triangle. Fold the corners over the filling and seal the edges.

Serving

  • Arrange the filled crescent bites on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
  • Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauces such as marinara, ranch, or aioli.

Storage

  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness.
  • Prepare the filling ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Assemble and bake when ready to serve.
