Preparation

  • Shred cooked chicken and set aside. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a skillet, combine chicken, salsa, black beans, corn, and chili powder. Stir over medium heat until well mixed and heated through.
  • Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the top of the mixture in the skillet.
  • Dollop sour cream over the cheese and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.

Serving

  • Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
