  • Add the Dijon mustard and lemon juice to the bowl, whisking gently until the mixture is smooth.
  • Gradually whisk in the mayonnaise, ensuring a creamy consistency.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, incorporating it fully into the mixture.
  • Taste the dressing, then season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper as needed. If desired, add Worcestershire sauce for extra depth.
  • Cover the dressing and let it sit for at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes

This dressing improves after sitting for a few hours. Serve it alongside freshly grated Parmesan and croutons. Experiment with additional herbs, such as parsley or chives, for fresh variations. This dressing keeps well in the refrigerator for up to a week.
