  • 2 cans 5 oz each tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 8 large lettuce leaves
  • 4 large tortillas

  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna with the buffalo sauce and mayonnaise. Stir until well blended.
  • Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Place two lettuce leaves on each tortilla.
  • Divide the tuna mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it on top of the lettuce. Add optional shredded carrots and crumbled blue cheese if desired.
  • Carefully roll each tortilla, tucking in the sides as you go to ensure the filling stays inside.

Serving

  • Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
