  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Optional Add-ins

Instructions

Preparation

  • Cook chicken breasts until fully cooked, then shred using two forks or a stand mixer with a paddle attachment.

  • Transfer the chicken mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle the reserved cheddar cheese on top.
  • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
  • Allow the dip to cool for a few minutes before serving to ensure the flavors meld together.
  • Serve the dip warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or sliced baguette as dippers.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
