Ingredients
  

Shrimp

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp blackened seasoning

Boom Boom Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Tacos

  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped

Preparation

  • Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with blackened seasoning until evenly coated.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice. Mix until smooth and set aside.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until blackened and cooked through.
  • In a separate dry skillet, warm the tortillas over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

Assembly

  • Place a few shrimp in each tortilla. Top with a drizzle of boom boom sauce, shredded cabbage, and cilantro.

Serving

  • Serve the tacos immediately while warm, with additional boom boom sauce on the side if desired.

Storage
