Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a muffin tin.
Mix eggs, yogurt, milk, sweetener, and vanilla in a bowl.
Combine oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients and rest batter briefly.
Divide into muffin tin and bake until set.
