Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

For the Taquitos

  • 16 corn tortillas
  • Cooking spray

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, grated cheese, salsa, cumin, garlic powder, and chili powder. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

  • Place approximately 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla. Roll tightly and place seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
