  • 1 Mixing Bowl medium
  • 1 baking brush for oiling

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 green onions chopped

Wonton Cups

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese. Mix until well incorporated.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly brush wonton wrappers with olive oil and press them into the cups of a muffin tin.

Serving

  • Fill each wonton cup with approximately one tablespoon of the chicken mixture. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the wonton edges are golden and crispy.
  • Let the wonton cups cool slightly before transferring them to a serving platter. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
