  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup apples peeled and diced

  • In another bowl, blend Greek yogurt, honey, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the diced apples.

Baking

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each liner about three-quarters full.
