Ingredients
  

Sweet Potato Wedges

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • lime zest from 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the sweet potatoes.
  • Cut sweet potatoes into even wedges.
  • Place wedges in a mixing bowl.
  • Add olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Toss until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  • Arrange wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Shake the basket to turn wedges.
  • Continue cooking until crisp and browned.
  • Sprinkle with lime zest after cooking.
  • Drizzle with lime juice and serve warm.

Notes

Avoid overcrowding the basket to achieve crispy edges. Add lime after cooking.
