Miso Broth

  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp miso paste

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms

  • In the same pan, add mushrooms and bok choy, sautéing until tender.

Serving

  • Place noodles in bowls, pour over the hot miso broth, and top with salmon and sautéed vegetables. Garnish with green onions.
  • Serve immediately while hot, offering lime wedges and chili flakes on the side for additional flavor.
